The Brief:
To raise awareness of Eminem’s new Album on the day of the experiential marketing campaign and to drive footfall in store increasing sales.
The Execution:
Trained motivated promotion staff were carefully selected from StaffWarehouse’s database for the brand experience. Promotional staff were provided with doctors outfits and then went on encouraging consumers to enter the experiential mock up hospital and listen to Eminem’s brand new album. Once inside there were 4 different zones for participants to enter including a massage zone. The promotional staff had their hair cut before the campaign to match the Eminem style.
The Results
At the experiential marketing activity 1500 test tubes and 2000 pills (Sweets) were given out on the day to target audiences, over 2000 participants engaged with the activity. HMV store manager said it was the best selling album on the day!

Increase sales of Garnier ‘Summer Body’ tanning Moisturiser
The Execution:
Promotional models were positioned in over 60 Boots and Superdrug pharmacy’s nationwide
Samples of Garnier ‘Summer Body’ tanning moisturiser cream were distributed by passionate promotional models to female shoppers.
The promotional staff communicated the key messages, such as the fact that the cream has a nicer fragrance than its competitors.
The Results:
There was an average 90% uplift in sales across all Boots and Superdrug stores that featured one of our promotional models. As the target audience was females, we decided to use approachable, fun and friendly female promotional models as the promotional staff.

THE EXECUTION:
StaffWarehouse worked closely with DHC implementing a 3-month launch with a nationwide experiential/sampling campaign , Promo models were deployed in key high streets, town centres and inside relevant events such as the EVE show at the Clothes show live.
THE RESULTS:
Product sampling staff distributed over 100,000 samples per month. The brand experience staff’s encouragement led to a large increase in website traffic (over 30%) and a 200% sales uplift. Both the sampling staff and the brand experience staff received great consumer feedback. The promotional staff mentioned that people were very intrigued about DHC and wanted to know more about the brand. In addition to brand experience staff and sampling staff, promotional models could also be used for these kind of events.

In addition, the exhibition staff increased the consumer flow to the stand by 80% from predicted estimates. The level of competition as exhibitions is very high, therefore arranging skilled exhibition staff or promotional staff is a good way to stand out.

THE BRIEF:
Staff Warehouse was asked to help create a buzz about the Seni brand, and help generate sign-ups for the COMBAT SPORTS LOYALTY CARD at the exhibition. We were also asked to supply promo staff in order to build relationships with the target consumers. Staffwarehouse is Seni Sports events staffing agency.
THE EXECUTION:
Staff Warehouse provided promo staff teams of female ‘martial arts enthusiast’ as exhibition staff
The promotion girls (promo staff team) engaged customers in sports quizzes and interactive games
The exhibition staff encouraged them to sign up to the Seni Sports loyalty card
THE RESULT:
The prom staff interacted with the consumers at the event and over 2,500 people accepted the registration forms and more than 1,000 people signed-up. 3,400 people engaged with the exhibition staff. Having a team of experienced promo staff is the key factor, professional and enthusiastic promotion girls, exhibition staff (brand ambassadors) can attract large crowds to exhibition stands.

Promotional Campaign for Nectar Cards
StaffWarehouse were asked to aide Sainsbury’s with an in-store sign up campaign for Nectar card. This took place in 100 stores nationwide for the duration of 8 months. They were looking for promotional staff to promote the special offer of triple loyalty points as benefits from the card. The promotional display staff was also in charge of auditing promotional displays and constructing promotional stands with merchandise. Furthermore, the promotion display staff provided full reports of sign up data and audited results on a daily basis with PDA’s which provided instant sharing of information.
THE EXECUTION:
The chosen promotional display staff constructed the stands in store and encouraged customers to sign up for the nectar card. Engaging with the consumers and educating them on the benefits of Nectar cards was one of the promo teams’ task.
The promo teams carried out on the spot sign ups, after which they processed all applications onto reporting sheets which were then transferred onto the Nectar client access page via PDA’s
Spreadsheet results were produced by the promotional staff on a daily basis
The promotional staff had an in store map of display stands to constantly check and ensure they were in place. They also liaised with store managers to track down stock and replace stock
THE RESULT:
Over 10,000 nectar sign ups were collected and double the amount of forms were handed out. The motivated promotional staff were reporting on a daily basis back to the client with valuable consumer feedback. The client was very pleased with the promo teams’ high level of consumer engagement and interactions. The campaign resulted in a 36% increase of online activity and sign ups nationwide within the next months after the campaigns. Generating word of mouth and consumer loyalty was achieved by the promotional display staff. In this case hospitality staff or could have been used as well.

Experiential Marketing for Flybe
THE BRIEF:
Flybe approached StaffWarehouse for experiential marketing support for their recruitment drive, targeting pilots. The experiential marketing support was to provide enthusiastic engaging brand experience staff to promote the competitive advantages of being a Flybe pilot.
THE EXECUTION:
Highly motivated experienced brand experience staff were trained and carefully briefed in preparation for the Flybe campaign.
Our promotional staff were positioned at key locations at airports around the UK, engaging pilots and communicating Flybe’s recruitment key messages.
Pilots were approached by our promotional staff who were all encouraging them to attend the Flybe recruitment roadshows.
The activity built relationships with potential pilots and conveyed Flybe’s recruitment messages, with a little bit of a difference
THE RESULT:
The experiential marketing support campaign was deemed a huge success by the client with over 400 pilots applying to work for Flybe as a direct result of the activity. All pilots responded very well when engaging with the brand experience staff and showed genuine interest in Flybe. Since then, StaffWarehouse has continued working on other campaigns for Flybe at airports across Europe. This campaign surpassed the client’s expectations because of the motivated and professional promotional staff supplied by StaffWarehouse.
