StaffWarehouse worked with Radiator PR and provided promotional staff for a nationwide campaign launching Coca Cola’s new energy drink ‘Relentless Energy Shot’. Promotional staff were carefully selected and positioned in Relentless Pop-Up shops across the UK.

Our promotional staff were tasked to encouraged people to come in and try the new Relentless Energy Shot, once inside, consumers were asked to enter a competition and given wristbands which directed them to a microsite where they can see photos from the day’s activity. There was a massive buzz around the launch event and over 3000 data capture forms were filled out.

THE BRIEF:


Flybe approached Staff Warehouse for experiential marketing support in their recruitment drive targeting pilots. We were asked to create an interactive staffing campaign for Flybe’s recruitment drive, as well as provide engaging brand experience staff to promote the competitive advantages of being a Flybe pilot.

THE EXECUTION:
 Highly experienced brand experience staff were trained and carefully briefed in preparation for the Flybe campaign.
 The promotional staff were positioned in key locations at airports around the U.K, engaging pilots and communicating Flybe’s recruitment messages.
 Pilots were approached by the promotional staff with an enthusiastic attitude encouraging them to attend the Flybe recruitment road shows.
 The activity built relationships with potential pilots and conveyed  Flybe’s recruitment messages with a little bit of a difference

THE RESULT:
This was deemed a huge success by the Client with over 400 pilots applying to work for Flybe as a direct result of the activity. All pilots responded very well when engaging with the brand experience staff and showed genuine interest in Flybe. Since then, Staff Warehouse has continued to run over 6 other campaigns for Flybe at airports across Europe. This campaign surpassed the client’s expectations because of the motivated and professional promotional staff supplied by Staff Warehouse.

Sampling and Brand Awareness Campaign for Emmi Café latte

THE BRIEF:
The aim of this campaign was to create a chilled experience; getting the target audience to associate heart radio with Emmi Café latte. In addition, create awareness for the new range of Emmi Café Latte chilled milk drinks available at all major supermarkets and encourage product trail of the new drink amongst the target audience. Emmi also wanted Staff Warehouse to highlight and support the Emmi Café Latte Summer squares events, and generate contact details.

THE EXECUTION:
 StaffWarehouse worked with Heart radio to create chill out zones in key Central London locations. Coffee loving promotional staff encouraged target audiences to sit in the branded deckchairs and enjoy a head massage from an Emmi Latte therapist.
Brand ambassadors encouraged consumers to fill in form entries in order to win a trip to Milan and guess the flavour of coffee by sampling the Emmi Café Lattes; from Macchiato to Cappuccino to Choco latte

THE RESULTS:
The sampling staff distributed over 100,000 samples, driving product trial for Emmi Café Latte. The brand experience staff’s encouragement resulted in the collection of over 50,000 contacts details. The target audience had a chilled experience courtesy of Heart and Emmi Café Latte. The promotional staff, the brand experience staff and the sampling staff were chosen based on the products image and personality, which resulted in an enhanced customer experience.

The brief contained the following instructions; generate word-of-mouth and intrigue for the Budget Day supplement in The Times Newspaper though active engagement with target audience.

THE EXECUTION:
 We carefully selected 20 sales promotion staff from the Staff Warehouse database.�
 The sales promotion staff was selected based on their passion for economy and finance
 We suited and booted Brand Ambassadors to become look-a-like business men.
 Wearing pinstripe suits and bowler hats the promotion staff (Brand Ambassadors)were armed with ‘moving boards’ from Ambient Media that promoted the Budget special.
 The promotion staff promoted The Times Newspaper at key train and tube stations at optimal times, in relation to Budget Day.
 They interacted with professionals at the tube stations
 The promotional staff asked the target audience what they read on budget day.
 By doing a Chaplin dance the sales promotion team got the brand image noticed in a fun and alternative way.

THE RESULT:
This activity generated a huge buzz at the busy train stations. Professionals approached the sales promotion staff to find out what they were doing and therefore become aware of the Times Budget Day special. An interactive experience was created, bringing to life the Budget Special. By dressing up your promotional staff (sales promotion staff, brand experience staff, etc.) you attract more attention because passersby are intrigued to know more.
