StaffWarehouse worked with Walkers to launch a new range of Walkers linked to the World Cup 2010 with the ad theme ‘it’s a knock out’.
Events staff over a one day period was tasked to wear outfits representing the different countries playing in the World Cup. Our promotion staff were dressed in a Beefeater costume and a Brazilian Salsa dancing costume handing out free packets of Walkers outside Sainsbury’s HQ. http://www.walkers.co.uk/flavourcup/

StaffWarehouse continues to work with leading Asian food importer and distributor Korea Foods supplying in store promotion staff to work at Asda stores.
The main objectives were to create brand awareness and drive sales in store. StaffWarehouse then supplied promotional in store promotional staff to sample Korea Foods new brands.

Our event staff worked at five busy locations across London over a 5 day period. On each promotion day our well trained events staff successfully engaged with target audiences and generated a huge amount of interest, a branded bus was present at each location. The event staff provided were tasked to sample juicy oranges and enter consumers in a competition with a chance to win free flights to Tel Aviv. The key communication message for the campaign was “100% new juicy route”

StaffWarehouse, the promotional models agency worked with Ad House providing well trained and enthusiastic promotional staff to work at Foot Locker stores in London to promote their new instant scan and win ticket promotion.

The Brief
To increase footfall at selected Foot Locker stores and create awareness of the scan and win promotional campaign.
The Execution:
Enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated promotional staff were carefully selected from StaffWarehouse’s promotional models agency database, who dressed up in branded Foot Locker outfits for the promotion. The Brand Ambassadors were positioned at the main entrances and inside store, and specifically approached the target audience handing out scan and win cards that gave customers the chance to win a number of great prizes instantly including Vouchers and Trainers.
The Results
Thousands of scan and win tickets were distributed on the days of activity and made many customers lucky winners for the prizes. 80% of Foot Locker consumers participated in the promotion and scanned their card to see if they have won.

Limelight Sports approached Staff Warehouse to act as their promotional staffing agency for their event; Hovis London Freewheel. This was London’s biggest ever cycling event, and we only had one week timescale to select, brief and manage the staff.
THE EXECUTION:

The event staff were positioned as route marshals in key locations across London
The cyclists were given directions and advice by the supportive promotion staff.

The client was very pleased with the excellent attitudes and calibre of the promotional staffing agency services provided on such short notice and the overall service that Staff Warehouse had provided.

Promotional drink sampling campaign
THE BRIEF:
Alizé was looking to enhance their brand awareness and get their target audience to interact with their new product; Alizé Wild Passion.
THE EXECUTION:
Alize promotion girls were carefully selected from our database who had experience with Alcoholic drinks, when choosing promotion girls StaffWarehouse we ensured that the activity radiated the style and image of the brand.
The promotion girls were wearing Alizé t-shirts during while they handed out mini shot glasses of Alizé Wild Passion to passers-by
The promotional staff were informed to be social and friendly and approach passers-by in a relaxed manner.
THE RESULTS:
The promotional models were successful in increasing the brand and product amongst the target group. The field promotions teams/ sampling teams explained key communication messages about the product and answered correctly any questions that consumers were asking on the days of promotion. Promotion girls are often used on drink sampling promotion campaigns, using the right promotional models that match the brand was the right decision. However, promotional models, hospitality staff, events staff and exhibition staff are all the same and play similar roles.

Promotional Modes for promoting Garnier
The Brief:
Increase sales of Garnier ‘Summer Body’ tanning Moisturiser
The Execution:
Promotional models were positioned at over 60 Boots and Superdrug pharmacy’s stors nationwide.
Product samples were (Garnier ‘Summer Body’ tanning moisturiser cream) distributed by well trained promotional models to female shoppers.
The promotional staff communicated key messages, such as the fact that the cream has a nicer fragrance than its competitors.
The Results:
There was an average 90% uplift in sales across all Boots and Superdrug stores that featured one of our promotional models. As the target audience was females, we decided to use approachable, fun and friendly female promotional models as the promotional staff.
