Sampling Staff for DHC Skincare Products

THE BRIEF:
The objective of this brief was to create awareness for DHC, the market leader in skincare products from Japan. In addition, increase web traffic and encourage the target audience (18-35 year old females), to experience DHC products through trial to learn about its benefits.

THE EXECUTION:
 We were working very closely with DHC implementing a 3-month launch with a nationwide experiential and sampling campaign
 Brand experience staff and sampling staff took to both high streets, town centres and inside relevant events such as the EVE show at the Clothes show live

THE RESULTS:
Product sampling staff distributed over 100,000 samples per month. The brand experience staff’s encouragement led to  a large increase in website traffic (over 30%) and a 200% sales uplift. Both the sampling staff and the brand experience staff received great consumer feedback. The promotional staff mentioned that people were very intrigued about DHC and wanted to know more about the brand. In addition to brand experience staff and sampling staff, promotional models could also be used for these kind of events.
