Sampling and Brand Awareness Campaign for Emmi Café latte

THE BRIEF:
The aim of this campaign was to create a chilled experience; getting the target audience to associate heart radio with Emmi Café latte. In addition, create awareness for the new range of Emmi Café Latte chilled milk drinks available at all major supermarkets and encourage product trail of the new drink amongst the target audience. Emmi also wanted Staff Warehouse to highlight and support the Emmi Café Latte Summer squares events, and generate contact details.

THE EXECUTION:
 StaffWarehouse worked with Heart radio to create chill out zones in key Central London locations. Coffee loving promotional staff encouraged target audiences to sit in the branded deckchairs and enjoy a head massage from an Emmi Latte therapist.
Brand ambassadors encouraged consumers to fill in form entries in order to win a trip to Milan and guess the flavour of coffee by sampling the Emmi Café Lattes; from Macchiato to Cappuccino to Choco latte

THE RESULTS:
The sampling staff distributed over 100,000 samples, driving product trial for Emmi Café Latte. The brand experience staff’s encouragement resulted in the collection of over 50,000 contacts details. The target audience had a chilled experience courtesy of Heart and Emmi Café Latte. The promotional staff, the brand experience staff and the sampling staff were chosen based on the products image and personality, which resulted in an enhanced customer experience.
