Our event staff worked at five busy locations across London over a 5 day period. On each promotion day our well trained events staff successfully engaged with target audiences and generated a huge amount of interest, a branded bus was present at each location. The event staff provided were tasked to sample juicy oranges and enter consumers in a competition with a chance to win free flights to Tel Aviv. The key communication message for the campaign was “100% new juicy route”

Event Staff at POP Art Gallery in Wolverhampton

THE BRIEF:
Events staffing agency Staff Warehouse was tasked to create awareness of the Pop Art Gallery in Wolverhampton.

THE EXECUTION:
Production of a Popzine, a booklet with information about POP art and the art gallery were produced, targeting 15-25 year olds, events  staff were used for the promotion in Central Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

THE RESULT:
12,000 Popzines were distributed and the general responses from potentials were positive and favourable.
