THE BRIEF:
Limelight Sports approached StaffWarehouse to act as their staffing agency for their event; Hovis London Freewheel. This was London’s biggest ever cycling event, and we only had one week timescale to select, brief and manage the staff.

THE EXECUTION:

Staff Warehouse provided Limelight Sports with 320 stewards (promotional staff) across London

Promotional Staff provided by Staffwarehouse

These highly enthusiastic promotional staff were carefully briefed in preparation for the large scale cycling event
The event staff were positioned as route marshals in key locations across London
The cyclists were given directions and advice by the supportive promotion staff.

THE RESULT:
The client was very pleased with the excellent attitudes and calibre of the promotional staff provided on such short notice and the overall service that Staff Warehouse had provided.
